The Ministry of External Affairs (MEXTA) is in charge of everything external to the Cannabis Embassy. The MEXTA is part of the Government of the Cannabis Embassy. The MEXTA is composed by the following subsidiary bodies:

• Permanent Mission to Vienna (also covering New York and Nairobi)
• Permanent Mission to Geneva
• Council on Ecology, Environment, & Climate¹

• Council on Science & Education¹
