The Cannabis Embassy’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEXTA) is in charge of everything external to the Cannabis Embassy. The MEXTA is part of the Government of the Cannabis Embassy and is composed by the following subsidiary bodies:
- Permanent Mission to Vienna, New-York, Nairobi, The Hague (Commission on Narcotic Drugs, ECOSOC, ICJ, INCB, UN OLA, UNDP, UNGA, UN-Habitat, UNODC, UN Secretary-General)
- Permanent Mission to Geneva, Paris, Rome, Montreal (CBD-Secretariat, FAO, ILO, OHCHR & Human Rights Treaty Bodies, UNCTAD, UNEP, UNESCO, UPOV, South Centre, WHO, WIPO). The PM-Geneva is assisted by the Commission on Biopiracy.
In addition, there are bodies which have not yet been formally constituted: Council on Ecology, Environment, & Climate (including Commission on Agriculture); Council on Science & Education; Council on Economic Affairs (including Commission on Taxation).
